These terms apply to online consultations booked through aapkachikitsak.com with Dr. Satya Prakash. By booking an appointment, you agree to them.
1. Our service
We provide online medical consultations by WhatsApp call or video call at your booked date and time. The consultation fee is shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the booking page.
2. Booking and payment
An appointment is confirmed only after successful payment. A limited number of appointments are available each day, so a date may close once it is full. Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details.
3. Your information
You agree to give correct and complete details when booking. We use your information only to provide your consultation and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information to anyone.
4. Not for emergencies
Online consultations are not suitable for medical emergencies. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital or call your local emergency number.
5. Medical advice
Advice given online is based on the information you share. It may not replace an in-person examination or tests where these are needed.
6. Your responsibilities
Please be available on the WhatsApp number or video link you provided at your booked time, and keep your phone and internet connection ready.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
